Virtual tour of Iran's National Museum

You are invited to take a virtual tour of Iran's National Museum, one of the oldest and most prosperous museums in the capital Tehran.

The museum is divided in two sections, namely Ancient Iran and Islamic Era.

In the Ancient Iran section, historical objects from the Old Stone Age to the Sasanian dynasty go on display.

Meanwhile, works from the post-Islamic era are displayed in the Islamic Era section.

The museum was inaugurated 84 years ago.
